Payroll hub extension for Employment Hero Payroll and Zoho Workerly
1. In Payroll Hub dashboard, click on Gear Icon (which is located right-hand side of the screen) and click on ‘connect’ beside to Zoho Workerly
2. Accept the Payroll Hub access permission of your Zoho Workerly
Note: You should give access permission to Payroll Hub with your super admin account of Zoho Workerly or Zoho One.
3. After connecting with Zoho Workerly, four modules will be enabled as shown below
Employees - Syncs Employees from Zoho Workerly to Employment Hero Payroll
Timesheets - Syncs Timesheets from Zoho Workerly to Employment Hero Payroll
Employment Hero Payroll Employees - Syncs Employees from Employment Hero Payroll to Zoho Workerly
Employment Hero Payroll Timesheets - Syncs Timesheets from Employment Hero Payroll to Zoho Workerly
4. Create an Employee in Zoho Workerly and Enable an Employee module under settings and Click on "Sync Now" for immediate Syncing. Please make sure to do the "Mapping" before syncing by clicking on "Change Mapping" beside every module name as shown below and mandatory fields will be auto-populated and you have do the mapping for "undefined ones" i.e. you need to create a custom field in Zoho field and map it to Employment Hero Payroll field accordingly
Below some of the important notes that needs to done before syncing
Note : 1. To sync timesheets, one should create a Job and Shift for that particular employee in Zoho Workerly and you are syncing the timesheets from Employment Hero Payroll to Zoho Workerly or from Zoho Workerly to Employment Hero Payroll
Create Job under Jobs module
Create Shifts under shifts module as shown below
2. Enable the module one at a time to sync the data across platforms
3. If you want to sync the data from Employment Hero Payroll to Zoho Workerly, make sure you have disabled below two modules
- Employees - Syncs Employees from Zoho Workerly to Employment Hero Payroll
- Timesheets - Syncs Timesheets from Zoho Workerly to Employment Hero Payroll
4. And only Enable below modules
- Employment Hero Payroll Employees - Syncs Employees from Employment Hero Payroll to Zoho Workerly
- Employment Hero Payroll Timesheets - Syncs Timesheets from Employment Hero Payroll to Zoho Workerly
5. Work types in timesheets (Employment Hero Payroll) are same as Job names in Zoho Workerly. So when you create employees in Zoho Workerly make sure you assign a Job name to an Employee
